A glance at asteroid Lutetia
In the night from 7. September to 8. September, 2008 ESA's spacecraft Rosetta flew by the asteroid Steins. The onboard camera system OSIRIS took this image. It shows a crater with a diameter of two kilometers on the asteroid's north pole and a chain of seven smaller craters stretching across the surface in a vertical direction.
