Minerva FemmeNet

The Minerva FemmeNet is a mentoring network for female PhD students and postdocs. There are more than 300 female mentors in Germany, England, France, Spain, the USA and Japan who advise just under 400 mentees on career planning and work-life balance.

From personal experience, the equality officers can highly recommend this mentoring network to young female scientists.

Additionally, FemmeNet members receive extensive information on the latest job advertisements, events and financial support initiatives by email.
