CWS successfully integrated into ISLiD
Another milestone in the hardware phase of Sunrise achieved!
The Correlation Tracker and Wavefront Sensor (CWS), built by the Leibniz-Institut für Sonnenphysik (KIS, Freiburg Germany) was successfully integrated into ISLiD. Laboratory measurements indicate the excellent performance of the system, which will measure and correct residual image motions during the flight and deliver diffraction limited and stable images to the scientific instruemnts.
